Our Story
Trinity Impex Group was founded by Sam George and Sunil Alphonso to bridge the gap between commodity producers and global buyers — delivering structured, documented, and accountable trade across every major market.
Trinity Impex Group Ltd is a UK-registered international trade and commodities house, founded by two principals, Sam George and Sunil Alphonso, who connect qualified buyers with verified suppliers across precious metals, agricultural products, fertilizers, and petroleum derivatives.
Rather than operating as an anonymous trading desk, Trinity's founders remain directly accountable for every mandate — while a structured transaction process, not individual availability, carries each deal from introduction through to settlement. Every transaction follows the same documented path regardless of who is handling it day to day.
From gold and silver trades to agricultural and fertilizer contracts and petroleum allocations, Trinity Impex Group provides end-to-end trade facilitation backed by structured due diligence and transparent deal documentation.
Every deal is structured with full documentation, clear pricing benchmarks, and an auditable transaction trail from mandate to settlement.
Trinity's transaction team follows a consistent, documented process for every mandate, so execution does not depend on any single individual.
Trinity's network of verified suppliers and buyers means commitments are delivered on time, on spec, and within agreed commercial terms.
Trinity's team brings decades of combined experience across commodity trading, international logistics, finance, and regulatory compliance.
This is what Trinity actually does before, during, and after a transaction — not a badge, a certification claim.
KYC/KYB verification is carried out on buyers and suppliers before transaction engagement, including company registration and identification of ultimate beneficial ownership where applicable.
Counterparties and relevant jurisdictions are screened against applicable sanctions regimes as part of onboarding and before a transaction proceeds.
Documentation, provenance, and supplier authority to sell are assessed according to the commodity and transaction type involved.
A structured documentary process runs from initial mandate through contracting and settlement, giving every transaction an auditable trail.
Independent inspection and testing is coordinated where required, using recognised third-party inspection bodies appropriate to the commodity.
Transactions are structured through recognised banking channels and agreed trade-finance instruments appropriate to the counterparties involved.
Trinity uses the word "verified" to describe a specific process a counterparty has been through — not a marketing adjective. Before any introduction is made, Trinity assesses:
Sam and Sunil built Trinity around complementary strengths — combining technology leadership, enterprise governance, and international trade expertise across the UK, India, and global markets.

Sam brings over two decades of experience in technology leadership, international business operations, strategic procurement, and enterprise transformation, having worked across the UK, Middle East, India, United States, and other international markets. He has held senior leadership positions including Chief Technology Officer, Head of Corporate IT, Programme Director, and Managing Director, working with organisations ranging from global luxury and retail groups to aviation, manufacturing, and large-scale public-sector transformation programmes.
As CTO of a global luxury jewellery group with operations across India, the UAE, UK, and US, Sam was responsible for building and scaling the technology and operational capabilities behind a large network of retail and wholesale touchpoints — spanning enterprise systems, e-commerce, warehousing, infrastructure, governance, and international supply chains. His entrepreneurial experience in the UAE further strengthened his understanding of international procurement: while building an infrastructure services business serving major aviation clients, he established direct procurement channels from China, improving sourcing economics and operating margins.
Within Trinity Impex Group, Sam focuses on the strategy, governance, and operational infrastructure that let every buyer-supplier introduction be handled with rigour — combining commercial judgement with structured, transparent execution.

Sunil brings extensive experience in international trade development, strategic sourcing, and cross-border business relationships, with a strong focus on connecting credible buyers and suppliers across global markets. His journey into international trade began in 2018, building on a background in business communication, advertising, and marketing.
Over the years, he has developed a broad network of international associates, suppliers, and buyers across key commodity sectors — including metals, fertilizers, agricultural commodities, edible oils, and oil, gas, and petroleum products. His trade relationships span Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, China, Brazil, and Eastern Europe.
Sunil leads Trinity's counterparty vetting for every introduction — supplier verification, commercial negotiations, pricing, transaction coordination, compliance awareness, and counterparty risk assessment. At the centre of his approach is a simple principle — successful international trade is built on trusted relationships, reliable supply, commercial transparency, and disciplined execution.
